I normally love this hotel as ive stayed multiple times before. The room i booked was not the room i was given. I was put into a smaller room and had to switch to another room due to some issues with the 1st room and it still was not the room i paid for. I figured it would've been an upgrade since the room i booked was no longer available but i was downgraded into a smaller room. I was told there werent any other rooms availabile but i went online and saw many availabilities. I would've had to pay for a different room completely if i wanted to switch rooms. The hotel staff were polite but kept questioning me on whether or not I even had a room there. And i got locked out of the hotel for 15min or so before someone finally saw me to let me in because the room key was not working since they switched my room #. Definitely worst experience so far but the 4-5 times ive previously stayed were wonderful.
