"Everything was amazing from the time I walked in until I checked out. The last rep at the desk that I requested a shuttle from wasn't very helpful. The other rep had to try to get her attention from her phone a couple times before she looked up at me. Then told me the shuttle would take 30 min to come back when the airport was about a 3 min drive down to the end of the street. She told me she couldn't request it and that I just had to wait. But the rep the night before when I checked in, told me that after 12 the shuttle was on demand and to just come down to the front desk and request it. She kept refusing to request it for me until her co-worker corrected her. Then he tone changed and the shuttle was right back. But the hotel was clean, most of the staff was friendly, the breakfast choices were really good and I enjoyed my stay!! Thank you!!!"

"I room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfy and the view of the water was nice. Lots of good lighting in the washroom and out near the extra sink foe gettting hair and makeup done :)"

"I like how the view of the city and how convenient it was to attractions and stores and I didn't like how breakfast was not included it's nice to have a luxury hotel but it would be nice to not have an extra charge for in room dining"
