I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel. It was very dirty, and the customer service was poor. Upon arrival, the reception area smelled heavily of cigarettes and felt unclean. When I reached my room, I noticed the door handle and door were filthy, with an unknown substance smeared on them. The room itself smelled terrible, with a strong odor of cigarettes and something unpleasant. I tried to clean the door with wipes and was shocked to find what looked like blood on the air conditioner and door. When I reported this to the staff, they claimed it was from Halloween the day before and that it was “fake blood.” While I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, it was clear that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Given the unsanitary conditions, I was especially concerned for my toddler’s health. I didn’t want another room—just a refund so I could leave. The entire experience felt unsafe and unwelcoming. They definitely refuse to give me a refund and I still left wouldn’t recommend this place if you have children

Check-in was great; staff very pleasant. Room was actually large and clean, with excellent television. In-room refrigerator door did not close properly; outside door to the room did not close properly; two roaches tried to make friends with me; sketchy guy pounded on my door for 10 minutes. Area is very sketchy, very few eating options, probably would not recommend for a woman travelling solo.

The property is in a very industrial area right next to train tracks. Hosue keeping told us we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. This was not told at check in. There werr were no lightbulbs in the wall lamps. The door was hars to open from inside and outside. Everything inside the room was new which was nice. Very sparae furniture. Sketchy area. Price was right for a 2 night stay. Would not stay here again

Newly renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Moved us to a downstairs unit because we had pets. No charge for one pet, $15 for 2. Excellent price! Only problem was the door to our room stuck, pretty much had to shoulder it open. Seem to be a more industrial part of town but would stay again.

I really like the freshly remodeled rooms,nice clean new comfy mattresses,everything in the room is new and big screen smart tv's premium shows,nice pool for the kids my only complaint is no vending machine for snacks and the prices of them in the office is movie theater prices so just bring your own munchies and beverages..

I like the property their just finishing up their remodeling of the rooms new beds,tv's,flooring,sinks etc.real close to dining,shopping,Walmart marketplace and best of all great prices i recommend joining their points club better perks than expedia and comparable prices and if expedia is cheaper they will match it and you still earn points towards free stays,the manager there is awesome i believe her name is Christina what a doll.

The rooms are being remodeled and looking good just several quirks to work out,door locks,TV needs reset and programmed cause there new,still remodeling so not as many available as there will be my biggest complaint is soda,water,snacks very exspensive 4 bucks soda or water 5 bucks small apple juice tiny peanut butter snack sandwiches 4 bucks 8 bucks small ice cream etc.
