"The staff were friendly, helpful and so.accomidating. Eric, the suttle driver was especially kind with my mother. She could not getninto the shuttle, but he was willing to help me find another way. I would stay again in a heart beat. My only disappointment was the lack of an accessible bathroom with 2 beds. My mother had difficulty navigating the room with her walker, and the toilet was much to close to the floor for her to get up. We needed 2 beds as we were 3 people. "
