"The hotel may have been five stars back in the glory days. Today, it’s a four at best. Although the infrastructure is extensive, the food is not bad, and the attention is okay, it is far from five stars. The location, if you have business or leisure around the area (Manzana 40, Green Tower), is excellent, as it is within walking distance of both. The hotel is great if you are not looking for luxury but for comfy and reliable for a few business days. We were upgraded to the best category room,...

"Nice little hotel. Very accommodating. I don't speak much Spanish, but was able to get across what I needed most of the time. Nice breakfast, too. I didn't venture out much since I didn't speak the language so I can't speak for the part of town it was in. But thank goodness it had air conditioning."
