"We came to the hotel and checked in, found out that our room is in lower floor(same room as we ordered), And the hotel has BEAUTIFUL view, so my asked for an upper level floor, and they agrred to upgrade us for FREE! Everything was great, the staff the total stay. RECOMMENDED!!!"

"A good apartment in Carisolo, within walking distance to the town of Pinzolo and some 15min drive to Madonna di Campiglio/Groste skiing resort. The studio room was of sufficient size consisting of a double bed, a TV, a square dining table (for 2), a small kitchen and a bathroom. Good heating in winter, the room was very warm. There is a sauna on lower ground floor for c. 10 EUR pp but did not use this facility. Also, on the lower ground floor there is a room to leave the skis/ski boots overnight...

"Abbiamo alloggiato all'Ortles per 3 gg questo inverno. Essendo in 4, 2 adulti e 2 bambini, abbiamo molto apprezzato l'ampia stanza che ci è stata messa a disposizione (2 camere + balcone). "To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "This was my first solo trip to another country, but the lady at the front office made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. She let me know where to get food for me to cook, my first night she got pizza delivered for me! I am so thankful for her help and ok forward to returning and staying here in the future. "

"Pessimo...struttura vecchia..ok poco male... Ma senza bidet e sopratutto molto sporco. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere la pulizia nel monolocale perché abbiamo trovato il bagno in pessime condizioni.. Tappeti luridi..macchie di cibo e altro sui mobili e servizi igienici ed un divano pieno di peli e sporcizia. Insomma stare lì dentro una vera angoscia. Ho preso un morso di ragno o zecca.. Ho dovuto chiamare la guardia medica di notte. Pessima esperienza. Posso solo dire che lo staff dell 'agenzia...
