So the location is good for both of them, but we will still likely reserve at the Rose next time. It seems to us that the front desk personnel there is much more friendly. Lack of dishes in rooms restricts how you can enjoy your own snacks in privacy, washing up should improve and some individual staff members tend to profit from 'on the side' business. "

"It's a very good hotel in a prime location, making it a short walk to the exhibition center and metro line. Hotel staff is of great help. The hotel seems to be under new ownership and management and it has improved a lot. Very comfortable, clean, has a good wifi and ideal for business trips."
