"No pude ir, la primera vez me comunique con número de contacto que ahí en la aplicación, hablamos y alos días me bloquearon, hablé y hablé jamás respondieron, obvio que arrende por otra aplicación un lugar nuevo por qué no iba a perder mis vacaciones sin saber si algo era verdad, aparte tenía vuelo sacados ida y vuelta, el viaje era por el cumpleaños de mi hijo, la cosa es que se comunicaron conmigo resien el día de arriendo a las 10de la mañana desde otro numero, yo le dije le expliqué que...

"Hey guys, just to let you know, you have to read the description where the owner says you have to pay an additional fee for the concept of cleaning it up. The owner tries to charge me that extra fee (it was more than 60% of the value of one night). I didn't check in, I preferred to lose the reservation and the value of one night. I will never rent an apartment to this guy. Don't say I didn't tell you."

"I had a fantastic stay at the hostal. Marcelo is an incredible host. I’m someone with almost zero travel experience and I’m terrible at planning. Marcelo knows a lot about the area and if you have any questions ask him. Also the hostal is a 4 minute walk from the bus terminal."

A wonderful place to stay in La Serena

"Primera Hacienda Hotel Boutique exceeded our expectations. The property, built in 1870, is very beautiful. The common spaces are nicely arranged and decorated. The rooms that we viewed were all clean and tastefully decorated and our room was very comfortable. The dining area is quite cozy and inviting. The included breakfasts were very good and filling. We also took the option of eating in for our evening meals and were treated to wonderful Chilean cuisine. Most of all, our hostess and hotel manager, Maria, treated us like family from the moment we arrived. She looked after every need to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoying our time in La Serena. The hotel is also conveniently located within easy walking distance to the city centre. We highly recommend Primera Hacienda Hotel Boutique. "
