"We were given instruction to clear the trash at a specific location, which requires several minutes drive to get there. When we got there, the staff told us it requires a minimum of 10 dollar to dump trash. We were not informed about the cost at all! Another thing is we asked if we could street park the car and were told to read the local signs. As we didn't see any sign on the street, we parked one of our three cars on street and ended up getting a ticket of illegal parking. These incidents...

"Great furnished 2bed/2bath apartment in the center of Mississauga. This is a 10 years old high end apartment built by Tridel. Underground parking, access to gym, pool, mini golf and theater in the building. For us it is definitely a better choice than staying in a traditional hotel. Nothing is better than a home away from home."

"be aware of the check-in process. they will give you a different location and wrong address from what you originally booked for on expedia. We ubered to a wrong address after a long flight then take an uber to the actual location to get the keys on our first night. Super confusing :/ It was 10 min away from the original address and it was a nice neighborhood but would've been better if there is a clear communication when checking in. "

"The appartment was ok. To enter in the garage i had to press the green button to open the garage door. it was a little bit long to open and regular resident of the place were upset because they have to wait. insigh the garage there was another barrier with the remote and it took a 15 second wait and again regular resident were upset because of the waiting"

"While it was a thrill to stay in the Marilyn Monroe towers, this is very misleading and is not a hotel. I got an extra $20 charge when I was checking in, which I was told was a $5/day service fee. Received the key, went to the "hotel". LOTS of trouble trying to get in the building & called the help number. He talked me into staying; waited for about 10 minutes for him to drive there to walk me through getting into my room. I mentioned the $20, lack of hair dryer & information-no response except...

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. This place is in a high rise with units rented out by owner or a company owning these units. It is extremely basic, bedrooms, towels, sheets, blanket and full kitchen. Wifi is ok but no cable TV, there are 9 or 10 basic channels. Everything is old and dated. "
