"A state of art luxurous hotel. It was a sanitorium for tuberculosis patients before around 80 years that has converted to a hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The reason why we love it so much because the rooms are a great big size, very comfortable beds, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very nice and thr ladies on spa facility is amazing. Its literally a high end spa. The only thing we didnt like about our visit this time was the change in spa rules: they wanted guest to come down in their bath robes and not use any of the lockers. "We were a family of 7 with four children. This apartment was amazing! One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Very spacious, a good central location with taxis into the main central area. The staff were brilliant, so approachable and kind. Apartment was very clean, loved all the little finishing touches like the lights, the decor, was brilliant. The courtyard outside is nice n quiet and a lovely space. So pleased. Would definitely book this again if we ever return back to Bursa!"
