"Never have been in an hotel with so bad cleaning. The room was dirty and they left papers in the floor, really dirty, the bedsheets was in very poor condition and did not change, they do not clean the bathroom. "A state of art luxurous hotel. It was a sanitorium for tuberculosis patients before around 80 years that has converted to a hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff is very attentive in many locations, namely ski rental equipment, restaurants but reception lacks the attention and persnal service to elevate the stay to higher standards. "We were a family of 7 with four children. This apartment was amazing! One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Very spacious, a good central location with taxis into the main central area. The staff were brilliant, so approachable and kind. Apartment was very clean, loved all the little finishing touches like the lights, the decor, was brilliant. The courtyard outside is nice n quiet and a lovely space. So pleased. Would definitely book this again if we ever return back to Bursa!"
