"Firstly all the staff are welcoming and very helpful. This boutique hotel is located on a pedestrianised street with lots of other restaurants and stalls. If you want a very quiet stay then request the rooms at the back of the hotel. Plenty of shopping and eating nearby, the crossing by bridge to the get to the Grand Bazaar takes 15 mins walk max. Location is great. We had breakfast included, which on the 1st day was a bit disappointing for vegetarians, but this was all sorted by day 2 so...

"The apartment is really lovely and the host was very communicative and nice. That being said, there is a big issue with water leak in the bathroom and terrible sewer smell. We informed the host and they tried to fix it while we were there but to no luck. In addition, there was a water leak in the apartment underneath our terrace so one afternoon we had workers disturbing us as they were fixing it. I tried to attach pictures but hotels.com crashes each time."
