"I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town."

"I loved staying here. It was close to transportation and so clean. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Super affordable. It is far from the main areas of Osaka but because of close transportation you can get everywhere. Just need to plan extra time. "

"Great location. Right next to the train stop. 5 to 10 mins walk to the outlet. They have couple restaurants in the property. Love the free shuttle to the airport. "
