Stayed for 23 Nights During Winter Used this 4 star Hotel as my staging ground for my Country of Japan Tour. Nice newer hotel with unlimited hot water quite the amenity in the Tokyo Winter. Right next to a train station that can connect you to major Shinkansen Trains and all of Tokyo Transit System. Loved It ! Highly Recommended Hotel.

Really nice hotel. Amazing bathroom. Free shuttle service from terminal 1 made it pretty easy for us to get to and from the airport since we had a flight out to Sapporo the very next day. We only stayed a day but breakfast buffet was so good too. Staffs were really nice and attentive. All spoke good English. Didn’t have complaints.

We stayed eight nights. We loved how close it was to the Otorri Station. We could easily access anywhere in the city on the train system. The free shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was a nice blend of western and local cuisine. Everything about our room was beautiful and clean. The only thing missing was a microwave for reheating.
