"This hotel is just a short walk (5 mins) to the main Skanderbeg Square, and is in a quiet and safe location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with free toiletries and fresh, clean towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed talking to them. It's also got free, high speed Wifi, that's very reliable. I'd happily stay here again, and would recommend it to others without hesitation. Free bottled water is also provided at the front desk. "

"The location of this hotel is great. Close walking distance to everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. the towels were replaced everyday although we did not request that. Hotels seem to act eco friendly but most, like this one, replace and wash towels everyday. There is no elevator but it is an historic building. There is also too much smoking for our liking even though there are no smoking signs."

"This hotel is really nice. It’s very clean, rooms are large with a kettle, the bed is the comfiest ever, I can get English programs on TV, and it’s easy to walk to many places. Breakfast is excellent. The absolute standout with this hotel is the staff, I’ve never come across a hotel where the staff have been unfailingly helpful, friendly and really go out of their way for you. "Clean hotel nice spa"

"For some reason hotel received a booking for different room type than I had reserved through Expedia. Very helpful receptionist fixed that quickly. Hotel itself could use a little refreshment, but everything was clean and bed was comfortable, that's what really matters. Good location only a few minutes walk from the artificial lake, lots of shops and cafes around."
