The Climate Control of the room was just non existent and the hotel is a bit worn. I would even say that it isn't worth the money that we paid for it.

Nice, clean and well facilitated hotel. Great location within walking distance from the beach. Spacious room, even with four. We enjoyed the free tennis in the court outside. The only downside was the buffet dinner, we would have preferred a simple fresh plate service/a la carte. Besides this we had a wonderful stay. Would recommend to others and if ever on our route would return again.

Elegant facility with a few wrinkles
Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didnā€™t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries you would expect in the bathroom were also missing. When we went to reception about 9:30 the very kind young man on duty had to scramble to get robes for us from unoccupied rooms as they were out. We were a bit disappointed in the attention to detail but the staff did help out to fix missing items. Maybe there needs to be a quality check on rooms? Lastly trying to put the key card in the receptacle to initiate power in the room is quite difficult in the dark, maybe have a motion light as in the closet to remedy this? Breakfast was picked over before 11am, no rolls or fresh bread, croissants were scorched, even though it should be open until noon. Hot items were cold. This could be better We do hope to stay again, so I hope youā€™ll take the feedback as constructive not merely complaining. Much about your hotel is truly excellent

Great famyly hotel with short walk to the beach
Nice breakfast and great facilities for a family with teenagers. Not so easy for people who don't know German as signs and information was only in German. Our sofabed was not made up and towels where missing although we booked for four persons. It was still not done for the evening as they promised. It worked out in the end thanks to the friendly night portier. The bowling area was not so clean. Pool table cues broken.

Super Hotel in bester Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt. Das Hotel bietet Innen ein schƶnes und elegantes Ambiente. Viele BeschƤftigungsmƶglichkeiten, wie Bowling, Kegeln, Dart, Billard, Fitnessraum, Pool, Sauna, Bar und Kinderbereich im Hotel zu finden. Die Zimmer sind sauber, schƶn und gerƤumig. Dabei sind sie modern Eingerichtet. Die Auswahl vom FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck ist Klasse. Freundliches Personal im gesamten Hotel und ein schneller Check In und Out. Garage fĆ¼r 19ā‚¬ die Nacht direkt am Hotel. Einziger negativer Punkt, der Saunabereich ist zu klein und der Innenpool zu kalt. Ansonsten Top Hotel fĆ¼r einen Ausflug ans Meer. Wir kommen wieder :)

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Rundum zufrieden. Viele AktivitƤten innerhalb des Hauses. Guter Service. Top FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksbuffet. Lediglich die Fahrstuhlsituation ist etwas gewƶhnungsbedĆ¼rftig, da es kein richtiges Treppenhaus gibt. Service, Einrichtung und Sauberkeit super. Auch unser Hund wurde freundlich empfangen - also auch mit Hunden sehr empfehlenswert. Bis auf den FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ckssaal dĆ¼rfen sie auch Ć¼berall mit hin. FuƟweg zum Strand 10 Minuten Ć¼ber einen kleinen Waldweg. Dort ist auch direkt der Hundestrand.

Alle Angestellten waren sehr nett und immer gut gelaunt, einziger Abzug ist die Tapasbar, nur TK-Ware, Restaurant kein Urteil, da nicht besucht, FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war okay, Hotel inkl. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck kann man empfehlen. Und von jeder Etage mit Blick aufs Meer....
