"I did not enjoy the stay. I had to ask 3 times for an iron. Other guests did not follow the rules wrt noise which went on till after 12, inconsiderate of other guests and the staff did nothing to address this, so overall not a nice stay. "

"Disappointed that the owner wanted us to.pay again saying that he didn't receive the payment,i had to go through my mails and banking app to prove but he still didnt believe for some reason i dont know why,that was mean of him because i was unsettled during my stay i had to wake up early the next day to contact Hotels.com. "Beautiful hotel, lovely spacious room and great food. Stunning view of the golf course. My recommendations is to go to the Suites. Only downfall was the waiters at the restaurant- too busy that they forget that they have a client (experienced this during dinner and breakfast). "

"I must same it’s a beautiful place to stay. Has a nice and serene atmosphere with a cozy vibe. If you want a place like home choose Claires of Sandton luxury Guest House. It’s also closer to the American embassy, Mandela Square and the Sandton Mall. I love it here and I know everyone will share the same experience. I will give a 5 star Rating every time "
