"We had a lovely stay. Room is basic but fine for what we needed. Beds are comfy but pillows not so much, 2 pillows for each person would be better. Sofa could do with a little clean. Facilities are good, breakfast was good and staff are friendly. Both times we have stayed here we have had to wait for are rooms to be ready, perhaps the hotel need to look to change their 2pm check in time that they state. But overall we had a lovely stay and will definitely come back to stay again soon. "

"First time at the Ilunion Costa Sal and we were not let down. The hotel is excellent, clean and well maintained. The room was clean and functional for our stay. We found the food to be excellent with a good choice for both breakfast and evening meal. The hotel team are great and couldn’t do enough for us. "Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"Our apartment was a lovely room on the third floor with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean with a daily service. Decor is a tad dated but had everything we needed. Service is excellent - all staff were super friendly & helpful. The pool area was very clean too, with complementary towels provided throughout the stay. Location is great - everything within an easy walk. I would happily stay here again! "

"Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Not great if you’re too old/have disabilities as there are many stairs. My room was pretty dated but the holiday in general was lovely. Pool area nice and clean. "

"Great place to be. The apartment was lovely and clean and with few steps to the swimming pool. The staff was very lovely and helpful with everything we need. They kept our bags our last day and they offered us their courtesy room for a shower before to take our plane. I recommend this place with 5 starts. I will definitely be back. "

"Great stay here. Very peaceful and quiet with a gorgeous swimming pool. Nothing too fancy in the apartments, but had comfort and everything we needed. Short walk onto the front as well. Highly recommend. "

"In a great quiet location but only a few minutes walk down to the main avenue which then gives access to restaurants and bars in either direction. Complex is well kept with decent number of beds around the pool. Standard apartment on the ground floor which was perfectly adequate(1st floor apartments have been refurbished I believe)and cleaners were very good. Spar supermarket less then five minutes walk. "

"I loved everything about the whole complex. The food was excellent with a wide range of choices. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful. My room was perfect in every way and the complex itself was always spotlessly clean and the pools were at a lovely temperature. Also very handy for the local shops, bars and the beach which were all just a 2 minute walk away. Will definitely be booking to stay here again in the near future 😉😉"

"First time at the Ilunion Costa Sal and we were not let down. The hotel is excellent, clean and well maintained. The room was clean and functional for our stay. We found the food to be excellent with a good choice for both breakfast and evening meal. The hotel team are great and couldn’t do enough for us. Well located in Matagorda with a great range of cafe’s, bars and restaurants within a ten minute walk. There are a couple of supermarkets close by and a small shop on site. The pool area is immaculate and never too busy, with no subbed hogging. The hotel is ten minutes from the airport and about 30 minutes walk from Puerto del Carmen. A great hotel, in an excellent location. We will definitely be back."
