"Never again! When I arrived they had no record of my booking, even though I showed them the booking confirmation. After almost an hour they agreed to give me a room. When we were in the room it was freezing, it was -2 in the room, we tried the heating but it didn’t work. Asked reception to move us but they said they didn’t have any other rooms made up. We left at 6am because we couldn’t stand the cold."

"A lovely hotel where the staff were absolutely wonderful, the kids were over the moon with the biscuits the lady on reception gave us, just a little touch but it was lovely. The room was a little dated but had all we needed and was well maintained and clean which is more important than the era of furniture (think 1990s pine era). It’s a few minutes walk from Tesco and car parks are a few minutes walk away. House has no parking but it’s free between 6pm to 8pm and the first hour is free between those hours. House is lovely and over three stories and I will definitely use it again. "
