"Stayed at Hyatt House for 1 night. Room was modern, clan and comfy. Huge tv, comfy sofa with footstool, kitchenette equipped with many utensils, pots etc, microwave, kettle and pod coffee maker. Its an ideal distance from train station, restaurants and coop around the corner. Staff was excellent and friendly. Had a great time. Will definitely stay there again 👍"

"I can’t fault the staff and service at all. The room however was slightly lacking. There is only one mirror in the room which is located in the bathroom. This proved a major problem when I was drying my hair as I could not see what I was doing as the plug socket is in bedroom and does not reach far enough to be able to see. A full length mirror would also be helpful. Maybe on the inside of the wardrobe due to space. Hand soap was not provided either so when washing our hands we had to go into...

"I arrived early evening, the woman on reception was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was basic but comfortable. A previous review had complained about the room being too hot -that was not my experience. I did find the room very light, my window was close to outside lighting. Blackout blinds would have been great, short of that I would suggest taking an eye mask if you need a dark room to sleep well. I agree with other reviews that breakfast is excellent-again with attentive staff...

"On arrival at the property, I was greeted with a lovely lady who kindly checked me in. I then went and placed myself at the bar while I was waiting for my friend. staff service also extremely friendly and helpful. In the morning we went for breakfast there was so much variety really really enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was so comfy and in the shower was also excellent would definitely recommend."

"Location is good. Reception lady seems getting minimum wage, still doing her job with unwilling face. Twin room with window (no view at all) is SUPER small, without any table or bench to leave your belongings. Just two fixed hangers which didn’t help. Shower head is leaking a lot. You’ll need to borrow the hair dryer from the reception. To get into the floor you need to tap your room card, security level is good."

"Nice and clean,lovely new modern hotel.bang in the city, However no hand soap in the bathroom on arrival but was rectified at the reception desk.however needs to be more toiletries like more upmarket hotels. And we came downstairs to breakfast at 10.
