"This is one of the most beautiful comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in and we have been throughout Europe on many trips! The staff were lovely, the room spectacular, breakfasts delicious and overall an amazing experience within which to enjoy Antwerp. The staff we met were exceptional - friendly, helpful and so welcoming. And located in a quiet neighborhood, easy steps from old Antwerp, and lots of restaurants. Wonderful stay!"

"Downside is there is no front desk or any staff for that matter if you need assistance. We weren’t given bathrobes although it was listed in the amenities online, the shower head was flimsy and didn’t stay upright and there were exposed wall wires by the vanity/sink mirror. "The view from the our hotel room on the 7th floor was exceptional. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Its location was perfect for what we wanted to see. It was walking distance to everything. I was hoping for a gym but they didn’t have one so to compromise if your looking for a good workout I suggest doing a few sets of the 9 floor stair well. It served me well:)"
