"The facilities were much more satisfactory than I expected. I was also satisfied with the elevator, kitchen, and view. However, the bedding smelled like it was not dry and the pillow smelled, so I put on the cover I brought and slept. The pillow cover was fine, but the pillow itself should be washed in hot water or replaced with a new one. Room number 3612"

"I really needed a rest day on my Camino de Santiago, and the hotel was simple and perfect. Rooms are clean, oldies but goodies. At the bar-reception, Thiago was very nice and helpful. The hotel is a good, safe option, if you are not looking for luxuries but convenience. It's centrally located, blocks away from all the historic places, and close to all dining and bars in town."

"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "The Hotel Branka is lovely. The people running it are extremely nice and kind, and the welcome very genuine. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and as described in the details. There is a nice little bar and a shady terrace. Breakfast was fairly basic. The harbour in the village is lovely, and just 2 minutes walk away. Parking in Mundaka is challenging to say the least. "Pasemos solo la noche la habitación estaba muy cómoda. Le faltaba algo de mantenimiento a la ducha del baño. El tema fue como llegar, el navegador nos llevó por detrás por un camino que cada vez estaba menos señalizado y que en la noche parecía que llevaba a la nada. Igual el hotel está alejado pero el camino que va por el frente es mejor. Y la vista del mar es fantástica."

"We were well accommodated at the Hotel New Bilbao Airport. All was wonderful. We did have to leave very early for our flight back to the US. There was no coffee machine in the room. The hotel breakfast was not available before we shuttled over to the airport. Definitely not a deal breaker, but if they could have had a simple coffee machine in the lobby to accommodate the early birds, that would have been great! Thanks for a very nice stay!"

"This is a lovely boutique hotel. Friendly helpful staff and readily accessible to both, the old city and the newer city. Best of all, it was a 5 minute walk across a bridge from the our arrival train station. Note: for those with sensitive skin like me, I put a t-shirt over my pillow to stop the reaction from the scented detergent/dryer chemicals."
