"Very pleasantly surprised by our stay here, the pictures do not do it justice. Very comfy bed, fancy facilities like large very fluffy towels, very nice bathroom products, great selections of hot drinks. Only thing I would say is that if you are very tall, be careful of the low ceilings! "

"Different. I mean that in the absolute best sense of the word. From the small red door to come in, to taking my shoes off inside, the classical music playing on entrance, the beautiful fireplace and welcome area, the suit of armour, the staircase, the 4 poster bed, the free standing bath...I could go on and on but this is possibly my favourite hotel I've ever stayed in. A pleasant stay

"A very pleasant 1 night stay. The rooms are comfortable (although the pillows had been donated by Betty as an unwanted wedding present from Fred & Wilma). The staff were very helpful & friendly. The food was tasty & good value we felt the drinks were little pricey but was all served in a very pleasant environment. 10/10 all round 😀"
