"Check in clerk was rude and very condescending. Not sure of their name, no name tag. I got charged for two rooms and then was treated poorly by the clerk when I questioned it. I have stayed several times and never been charged for the first night before I even checked in. The front desk clerk Mackenzie was amazing, sweet and friendly Saturday morning when I went to questions all the charges again because the first clerk was not helpful. "Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs. The room was clean and the bedding fresh, the bathroom and towels were bright and white, and the room was spacious for two. The location was convenient to the airport and to Mount Rushmore, and had good hiking nearby. All-in-all, an excellent stay! Good job, Rockerville Lodge and Cabins! "
