"Overall, an excellent experience. I reported that the coffee machine in my room was not working properly on the first night, but it was never repaired or replaced, However, we had a microwave so we could make our tea. Therefore it wasn’t an issue. One of the pest control stations had been opened and the poison scattered on the ground and the maintenance worker cleaned it up immediately, so that left me feeling my dog was safe. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hot breakfast tasted good and there was plenty of food available. Again, it was an enjoyable stay and I will definitely be back to stay here again!"

"All the staff people were excellent, kind and friendly. They each had an ernest interest in helping you in any way possible. Security was always present and I felt safe even at 4am when I was walking my puppy in the front courtyard before my flight. Beautiful people...that is all I have to say. "

"This is our favorite hotel to stay in Houston. Staff are marvelous, pool and jacuzzi are great, rooms are comfortable, and location is convenient. Only drawbacks are that the $40/over night parking fee is steep for guests and the sky view bar closed an hour before closing hours, so we didn’t get to have a drink up here. "
