"It’s a two bedroom flat a short walking distance from the beach. My stay would have been pleasant if a lot of construction work didn’t happen in the building as of May 2024. Because of that noise I only stayed one night. You can also hear traffic in the street and occasionally sounds from a massage place in the building. "Do NOT stay at any “comfort rooms”; the inconvenience is not worth it. You do NOT get an “entire apartment” to yourself. Each apartment has multiple rental rooms, shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Problems: (1) room I rented was occupied upon arrival; (2) multiple excuses given as to why I could not move into it; (3) WiFi stopped working, not fixed after 6 days; (4) had to move to Arch. Makariou 3 (M3) from Arch. Kyprianou (AK) to have WiFi; (5) both buildings in a state of disrepair;...

"I stayed whilst on holiday to Cyprus I really liked how close it was to the bus stop which will get you to Nicosia, ayia Napa and limasoll I found it very easy to find if you are coming from the airport bus 425 drops you off at st Helena church go through the churches gate you will find a lift on the concourse take it to the third floor collect your keys there is also a good discount supermarket across the road I definitely would stay here again "

"It is the worst, dirtiest property i’ve ever been in my whole entire life. The room floor is filthy and the kitchen if also filthy. We had to put our towels on the bed for us to sleep on and were not able to sleep because of the noise( the property is on the main road) and because of the dirtiness. We checked in at 9:00 PM and checked out at 1:00 AM of the same day. Add to this It was not clear that the property is a house with one toilet and 4 rooms. We had so much trouble to open the house...

Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible.
