"Lovely hotel and looked exactly like the photos. We also liked Pedro and Jorge from the specialist restaurants. Only problem was that We had a birthday and they didn’t actually do anything for you and told us too late that we could have paid to have the name on the castle. Also the buffet and pizza restaurants were too short staffed at times. "

"The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. The Best hotel in the canary islands by a country mile. I’ve visited the hotel time and time again and it never fails to impress.
