"This was our favourite property during our road trip of Sicily! The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. "The location is why we chose it. You exit onto one of the major, (mostly) pedestrianised streets with lots of restaurants. Unfortunately there is construction wotk next door which started at 0800 but as there’s no nightlife in Ortigia we were up by then so it wasn’t a problem. It’s hard to find. There’s a buzzer by the door. We had to Whatsapp the owner. It’s on the first floor, up around 20 steps. The interior is very traditional with dark wood. The owner is pleasant. His English is...

"We spent a week in Italy and Sicily with multiple stops , this hotel was my favorite! Very charming , historic but perfectly remodeled building , close to everything. We used valet parking with the hotel, very smoothly operated and easy option. Our junior suite was the biggest and nicest during this trip, immaculately clean and well stacked. The staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast could have been a little better ( we tried both the buffet and Ala carte options in the family ) but overall a very satisfying visit! "

"Nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Great staff. WiFi is not good. I selected this hotel because it advertised high-speed internet which I needed for a business meeting. It was terrible- I could not open some necessary pages. I had Zoom with no camera to reduce bandwidth and the transmission was still “garbled” both ways. "
