"Very clean and comfortable room. The livingroom with several seating areas and large screen tv was a big hit for us. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many Cretan savory and sweet food that we might not have had if it weren’t for this breakfast buffet. Every staff member that we met was friendly and helpful. It was a great hotel to stay in Heraklion."

"Out of this world - hands down one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Pure relaxation and heaven on earth. Much needed R&R for our mini moon having just celebrated our wedding in Santorini. "It is a very unique property decorated with museum pieces handmade in Crete. Inside and outside. Very special addition is a sand beach we enjoyed so much. But the most special feature is people working at the hotel - people of big hearts and generosity. Thank you, Ioannis and Maria and Staff for making us feel good and comfortable. "My family and I recently stayed 4 days in the hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel beach(s) and pools are perfect, with 2 water slides for the kids fun. "Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us. Never got a call . At the end of our holiday we learnt that another couple got a free upgrade to a bungalow sea view with Jazzi because they weren’t happy with their view either so I was really disappointed that the cost of garden view room rate is less than what we paid for . apart from this we can’t fault the hotel , all staff were lovely and attentive food and drinks were great too "

Wonderful Resort

"Beautiful resort with super friendly and helpful staff. The water park looks amazing for kids (and adults too). Plenty of areas for adults to relax too. Only improvement is Netflix needs to be added to the TVs in bedrooms, the existing selection of mainly news channels is awful "
