"Please note: the area around the property is safe at night. However it is a commercial area, so no tourist sights, no history, nothing to see, nothing to do, limited public transportation. You can eat out like in other parts of Penang, so no worries that you'll be forced to take all meals in the hotel. But otherwise is very much a check-in and sleep kind of place."

Arrived at the hotel on 31 JAN receptionist said cannot find my booking because was booked last minute?? Wasted 20-25 mins and another receptionist-Mariyam or Mariah sorted out a room for me."

"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. Totally unacceptable hospitality to hold such a position! The 2 Deluxe Double rooms that I booked didn’t have any windows. The Aircon didn’t work so it was fixed in situ when I was in the room. I came in from a long haul flight thus was exhausted in having to wait for the...
