"Very helpful and responsive staff. Anything you need and if they can help, they'll help immediately. Neighbourhood a bit dodgy in the night but it's safe and quiet inside. They have hbo go so you can watch your favourite movies. Nice that they have powerbank you can use when you go out. Rooms are very small but cosy. Shower is see thru from the little room. "

"This hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. It close to the waterfront, Gaya street Friday and Saturday night and Sunday markets, convenient stores, laundry, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the staff is just awesome! The staff is very responsive, gave great city, food, and travel recommendations, and were accommodating. For the price, location, and friendliness of the staff, you cant go wrong staying here!"

"Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. "Not a nice experience to only found out that there is a cleaning fee compulsory to be paid separately after checked in. It felt like a trap. The fee should be clearly indicated or included in the final price when making payment. "

"The holiday home is located in the hill. It is quite spacious and reasonably maintained. However as it is in the hill insects are an inevitable sight (ants, mosquitoes, etc.) esp in open areas, but it's tolerable inside the house. Service was good, as a large group we really enjoyed ourselves gathering in the living room area. However, it's relatively inaccessible (taking taxi from town centre to the holiday home costs around RM15-25, and a lot of taxi drivers do not know the place so I'd...

"The distance to Tanjung Aru beach is excellent!"

"Location was great- right in center of town. Room and bathroom was not clean and smelled like mildew. Very poor ventilation in my room which did not have a window. I saw black mildew on the ceiling of both the room and the bathroom. Sheets had yellow stains and bed was old. I did not feel comfortable staying in the room because of the mildew, smell and how unclean it is. Wifi was super fast. Staff were very nice. "

"Property was new, nice, and big (it was basically a full fledged one room apartment we had). Two TVs, kitchenette and washing machine. Location was well placed within 10min walk to gaya street. Only drawback was that Citadines co-shares the plot and common facilities w an apartment building called Northshore (different wing) which brings along w that, tons of short-stay crowd (amongst them children) and noise in the common areas, esp the pool. "
