"Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Communication at the hotel wasn’t always the best - we got little to no information about the spa, far example. Restaurant has limited hours bur staff were great and food was excellent."

"Clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast option is a bonus, but need to get in early, my favourite makovy pastry were running out quickly:) Pleasant stay, novy smokovec has lots to offer!"

"Everything about the panoraMic Mountain Residence is amazing from the property itself, including the wellness area (sauna and hot tub); to the location next to the mountain; to the hospitality of the hosts from check-in, throughout the stay, and check-out. "The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. "Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. Some of the spaces will need some improvement in the next few years, but still a 4/5. Apart from this, I am very satisfied, clean, silent, and well equipped spaces, great kitchen ( food quality), the Wellness suit is AMAZING. And the Staff is brilliant, caring and helpful. The location of the hotel is totally perfect, 2-3mins to the train and bus stations, the food store and literally on the way to the cable cars/ ski lifts from the station. I also recommend the Tourism Centre (Tourinform) in front of the hotel and the Norwegian sports equipment store next to the hotel. The stay left me with memories I will cherish for a lifetime and thanks for the Aplend's Staff for this."

It’s okay, not the best not the worst

"It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. "
