"The hotel was located on top of a mall with lots to do and had a pool. It would make a good place for a family to spend the weekend. The only let down was the toilets on the ground level are closed which is inconvenient when waiting for taxis. "

"Simple budget hotel with exceptional staff. The staff explained to me in area that I was not sure. Hotel Miico even have a welcoming pantry where you can find hot and cold drinks and even crackers. It was very thoughtful of them. "

"The stay ruined my holiday. Staff is impatient and rude, didnt even introduce us the place and we have to figure out how to navigate, lock and unlock the capsule by ourselves. There are no welcome drink and breakfast as mentioned. They didnt even provide us towel. Paid for premium price to enjoy low quality service!"
