"Value for money and our room had a good view of fireworks on new years eve! Overall the room is clean and bedsheets are clean. Hotel maintenance could be improved, bathroom shower doesnt drain fast. There's also some smell in the bathroom, which the hotel puts air freshener so it doesnt smell. Bedsheets and towels look old but are still clean Breakfast is very basic"

"The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance from the Ferry Terminal. The hotel is clean and modern designed The rooftop bar has an amazing view. Across the road there is a cafe where its very chill and had goos food too. 2 24-hours pharmacy is a stone throw away and its adjacent to Jln Merdeka where ther locals go to shop, do marketing and find food. "

"The most hospitable and kindest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. My family has been there twice and on the most recent trip, my toddler son fell sick. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and caring, sending a nurse to our room and accommodating requests for things like thermometers, ice for a fever pack, specially cooked congee etc. I am beyond grateful for their care and we can’t wait to return so we can enjoy the resort again. I also give top marks for their kids club and babysitters, as well...

"Highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool area was lovely. Set dinner was excellent, so were the ala carte items we ordered the next day. However the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. That was our only gripe."
