"My husband and I recently went to TRS Yucatan and had a great time! The grounds are beautiful and massive! We liked how we had access to all 4 resorts, each with their own charm. The pools were clean and great, and the drinks were great. The food was among some of the best we've had at all inclusive in the past. Overall, great experience. My one critique would be dinner reservations and the butler services. It was extremely difficult to find dinner reservations (granted, we were a large group but we found similar issues when the group went down to 6 and then 4), We would try to make reservations with our butler and were told they were unable to make them. Then we would go to concierge in the lobby and they were able to make them. There is a lack of communication between the butlers and the reservation system they use is primitive. That being said, We HIGHLY recommend this resort and are planning on coming back!"

"Stayed here for a week and loved it! The buffet is great, and the restaurants are amazing!!!! I went to the gym everyday, and it's a gym! The pools & bars are great too. Lines at the bar can sometimes be a little long and they could use a 2nd bartender to jump in during those times. But, it wasn't too bad. Our room was really great too. A BIG shout out to Antonio, one of the entertainment staff! He was so wonderful and would stop every to chat with us! And, another big shout out to Aure, one of the waitress at the buffet. She was sweet and attentive and would have our drinks for us before we even asked! This is my 2nd time to this resort, and I'd go again!"

"I liked that the layout and style of the buildings. Only 3 stories high made it feel more secluded and not like a big resort complex. Also, the architecture looks more traditional to the area than some of those big resort complexes. Being on the beach was a plus in addition to the 2 pools. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. "

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Grand Palladium Resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful advice on things to do and see. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens and spacious, clean rooms. The pools were pristine, and we especially loved the variety of options—there was something for everyone, from a lively pool with activities to a quieter, more serene space to relax. The food was incredible! The all-inclusive dining options were diverse, with everything from international cuisine to local specialties. Each meal felt like a treat, and the themed dinners were a nice touch. The bars served delicious cocktails, and we appreciated the variety of drink options available throughout the day. What really stood out was the range of activities and amenities. Whether you're into lounging by the beach or pools to the entertainment team keeping things fun and engaging the nightly shows and events. Our villa 59 was perfectly close to the beach in White Sends Resort and the room with view of lush green exotic Flora. The concierge team (Ceilo and David) were fantastic in introducing us to various events. Overall, I highly recommend the Grand Palladium Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway. It's a perfect blend of luxury, fun, and excellent service—We will definitely be coming back!"
