This is a great place for staying if you want to stay around the villa and relax, there is no need to leave the villa while you are there. If you want to go out you can access a driver through the villa staff. "

The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests.
There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue.

"Ich will nicht wissen, was in der Bettdecke alles drin gehangen ist... Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen. "Great hotel, would stay here again. The pool is incredible, great breakfast options and the restaurant is right on the beach. Great hotel for children with kids menus, kids club, shallow areas in the pool and cots and baby bath provided in the room. We stayed in a one bedroom residence and the hotel provided a cot and a roll away bed for our 1.5 and 4.5 year olds. "

Good location - super walkable. Is in a busy location - but we didn’t mind and you are left notes to remind to you and you get free entry to the club.
We actually checked out and came back 12 hours later a bad experience at another hotel.
