"Great place to stay! Check-in was fast, friendly staff and they give free upgrade with pool view. The room is Clean and spotless. Only minor issue is water pressure is low and took a longer time for hot water when we came back to shower at night compare to day time. Breakfast was great, good spread of choices, Teh Tarik was superb perfect (not tasteless or too sweet). Convenient location as its located just above Paradigm mall. You can also drop your bags for few hours safekeeping for free within same day pickup. Overall satisfied and very much recommended."

"Wonderful for children and their parents. My son’s were amazed when they first walked into the lobby, audible gasps came from their mouths and they ran off to play. We were happy to wait in the lobby as there is entrainment including balloon making, popcorn and juice. They very kindly allowed us to check in early. Shopping and dining mall close by with affordable food options. Breakfast was good but very Asian including Indian, the premises is Halal. Definitely no bacon! Lifts were like a disco and very cool. Rooms were well decorated. We loved it and were all sad to leave. The larks were not crowded which was nice. Close to Singapore so we flew into Changi Airport "

"I had an excellent stay in this hotel overall. However, one notable downside was the lack of air conditioning in the lift lobby. This made it uncomfortable, especially during hotter parts of the day. Additionally, the waiting time for the lifts was longer than expected, which became a bit frustrating during peak hours. "
