"Unfortunately I didn’t stay there. The communication was so bad. At first I was contacted by a man asking me what I want then I showed him the booking that I made, he said ok. Then when I reached the apartment a woman called and said my booking was cancelled. I didn’t get any notification on this. I felt tricked and angry. This is very unfair!"
