"The staff were courteous and welcoming. It's best to upgrade your stay as the lower price rooms have no window and are small. Overall not a bad hotel."

"It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. Thank you."

"I book 2 bilik. Byk kali kena tukar bilik. Mula2 sbb karpet basah dan ada lipas. Bilik satu lg plug x berfungsi. Tv ada tp xde line, telefon hanya sebagai hiasan, xde wayar pn disambung. Kebersihan mmg out. Sorry, this hotel is out of choice for me ever again"
