"Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "

"Stayed with SaffronCasa for multiple times at R&F. The apartment's location is near the customs and shopping malls nearby. There are some shops and eateries just below the apartment. Generally convenient since we are taking grab to our usual spots. Condition of the apartment getting slightly poor, hopefully maintenance can be improved. Overall, good stay and likely to revisit if the price is still affordable."
