"The room was great, staff was great. Unfortunately some guests were smoking some terrible smelling stuff that lingered on the then. So the lobby smelled and the elevator. The start when alerted to it immediately tried to rectify with more pleasant smell"

"One very creaky elevator with ratty carpet worked. We were told the other had been out of service for months. Cleaners knocked on our door before 8am and were grousing to each other in elevator about short staff and needing to clean 20 rooms- not exactly a “Bonvoy” experience."

"What I would like to share with you, take a little more time on the details of the rooms, like for instance, change out the toilet seats and remove the old caulk from around the countertops and put new caulking around it. Then pay attention to the furniture that’s inside of each room, by addressing the cosmetic issues that’s on them, like chopped off paint and adjusting the doors on it so that it will not rub up against it to cause any damages.
