Hotel seems run down, the room condition looks old, wall seems to have water marks. The tv channel is wonderful, wide variety of shows. Hot spring feature is also clean and good. Bedsheets are clean as well. Pillow is pretty low for me.

Cons: Bathroom doesn't have separate shower ; the water doesn't feel like hot spring, doesn't have the hot spring smell; bathtub not as clean as expected (black/brown stuffs under the inside of the bathtub); light smoke smell at hall way

入室した途端にテーブルがベタベタで掃除されていないのが一目瞭然。スタッフを呼んで拭かせたが、ベタベタの机を拭いた雑巾でそこにあった鏡までも拭き、余計汚くしていった。ライトスタンドも埃だらけで、とにかく汚い。

３泊の予定が台風で飛行機が欠航になり、２泊追加。事情をお話したら、同じ部屋でそのまま宿泊する事が出来ました。ありがとうございます。施設は古いですがお掃除も行届き清潔でした。ベッドのマットレスがとても心地よくぐっすり眠ることが出来大満足です。何処のマットレスがお尋ねするのを忘れてしまいました。分かったら教えて頂きたいと思います。朝食は、中華のお惣菜が中心でしたが、美味しく頂くことが出来、アフタヌーンティーのプレートは手作りだそうで、美味しかったです。スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。また宿泊したいと思うお宿でした。＼(^o^)／　ただ、空調の調節が出来ないため、洋服で室内温度対策を!!!　ここだけが残念な所でした。(*^^*)

今次第2次入住, 因為新北投捷運下車後步行幾分鐘已經到達, 附近有超市, 藥莊, 很多食市選擇 酒店內部, 上次是有小窗的房間及燈光有些暗, 今次的有大窗, 露台, 搖搖椅, 非常舒適, 溫泉水很正, 只是中央冷氣非常凍, 還有早餐及下午茶很有愛 職員態度良好
