"It’s not the quality of the Sofitel, Hyatt or Intercontinental but nice enough for an airport layover in Papeete. Sadly I must say say that a large cockroach was in the room which I terminated and I floundered another in my luggage when I arrived in NZ!"

"We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."

"Great location, convenient to Papeete airport. Though walkable to and from airport, highly recommend a taxi due to the hill. Simple rooms, basic conveniences. Would have liked an ice machine and microwave."

"Great place. Unfortunately a big portion of the property is under construction. So the awesome views are blocked and there is heavy machinery noise during the day. "

"I really love this property. The staff are so friendly and the manager is awesome. The vibe isn’t ‘corporate’ or fussy. The other guests seem mellow too. The rooms are stunning and well designed. I love that you hear the sound of the waves crashing on a divine black sand beach. The restaurant is fab. And the highlight is the show. I’ll be back. "
