"The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."

I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. "A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"Nicest hotel in the area! Excellent facilities! The hotel restaurants and bar are also the best in the area. Amazing cuisine!! I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area so have a good basis of comparison. This hotel wildly surpassed my expectations both for its quality and price point. Excellent value! A luxurious and serene experience. Excellent for both couples and families alike. We WILL return!"

"Wonderful estate located in a beautiful park. I would be happy to come back even in my opinion hotel should rather be rated as 3-3,5 star. Tasteful breakfast, but dinners were so-so. Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed."
