The queue to check in was very very long and we could only check in at 4:30pm instead of 3pm due to the queue and room wasn't available yet. BUT the hotel has the arrival room so you can wait while having free coffee. Service need to be improve on the check in. I travelled a lot but never seen that bad. "

"The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was so spacious for our family of two adults and two kids (8 and 4). The pool was sooooo stunning and the kids enjoyed the playground on site. The rooftop bar was relaxing for an evening drink and the planes were only noisy on one day of our three day stay. Earplugs are provided. The bed in one of the rooms was absolutely rock hard. Room service was excellent for breakfast and dinner. "

A small balcony available it you wish to sit outside (the view was the neighbouring office building- so don't stay if you want amazing views!). It was perfect for our travel needs. The only negative was the air conditioning wasn't working well- it might need a clean out. But this won't stop me from staying there again."

If there’s improvent to be made with the one-bedder apartment space is the toilet flush buttons maintenance. Either buttons require strong press to operate, this would be a challenge for kids/elderly or anyone with arthritis to manage. "
