"A really nice B&B ! The Lounge area/Dining room and Fireplace are beautiful. Hannah made an awesome breakfast assortment in the morning. The bed/firmness of our mattress was a little soft, and the foot traffic from the room above us was excessive due to a late night check-in. I would suggest placing a sign right on the 2nd floor beds about not wearing shoes that affect people below. Otherwise, great location and good value."

"This is a beautiful, stylish hotel. Rooms are gorgeous as is the lobby. We loved everything about our experience other than that there was absolutely no snow removal or plowing whatsoever. This is a location in Vermont that caters to skiers. We had to carry our bags from the parking lot to our room on the 2nd floor on unshoveled paths. It was slippery and dangerous. "

Because we were only staying one night, we were moved to the main building. That room was lovely! Two beds. Spacious room. And a fireplace! Def book the main building! "

We were four in a car so we got free resort parking at stowe, therefore it was far more convenient for us to drive than to take the bus. And in fact most people staying at Talta drove even without the benefit of free carpool parking. The bus stop is right by Talta, but it doesn't come often enough. We tried once, and waited 30 minutes before giving up. The rooms are small. There is no interior closet, or drawers for...

"Northern lights is right on the strip on the way to Stowe. The free bus runs right by it. You get a free hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, granola, fruit, etc). You place an order with whatever you like. Is it a super fancy modern place? No, but it does the job with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great location. For the price, there’s nothing to complain about. "
