"First and foremost I would like to say thank you to Claudia at the front desk. She had great customer services. She send me message before arriving just to make sure if we needing something. I mentioned it to her that we were arriving after 10:30p.m. She told me that check in is until 8:00 p.m. She gave me all instruction how to get in my room. Everyone at the property was very helpful and friendly. Antonella at breakfast was very nice to us. "

"The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable. An unexpected bonus was the little bar and restaurant. The bar was a cozy place for a drink before going out to dinner. "Very central and convenient to visit on foot the old city as well as the more recent parts of town, including the central station. The flip side is that the area is busy and noisy, but safe. The property is very clean, in a well maintained building, the host is responsive and courteous, the breakfast provided in a pleasant nearby cafe. Guests in other rooms were noisy at times, but this is out of the control of the host. Overall, I was pleased with my 1 night stay."
