"Overall great stay however I was a little disappointed with the checking in service due to arriving not long after the reception was closed. The call from reception about full payment and deposit was understood however I had paid my full deposit and wanted to complete the remainder of the transaction first thing in the morning due to needing to use a different payment method for work purpose however there was no flexibility and people were somewhat rude on the phone. "

"Great location right opposite the beach. There is convenient off site parking just a couple of minutes walk behind the hotel, also where the tram stop is. Easy walk to shops & extensive dining options. Room was clean. Great facilities including a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, small cooktop & ample utensils etc Nice to have a lounge area plus enclosed balcony with view. Staff very welcoming & helpful. Would definitely stay again."
