"The hair dryer in the room was not working, so I called the front desk and was told to bring it to the front desk! I called the front desk and was told to bring it to the front desk, and when I did, they told me to come back tomorrow morning! I was angrily told that I had to leave. The facilities and breakfast are very nice, but the front desk staff made me very uncomfortable. I think it is a shame for a hotel to be made to feel bad by just one front desk staff member when the rest of the staff...

"Great hotel for a short stay in Silicon Valley! Nice staff, nice vibe, GREAT little bar and restaurant - pretty much everything you'd want/need at a surprisingly low price. (The only issue I had was plumbing - hot water control was tricky - worked, but hard to manage.)"
