"First time staying in this hotel and love the family room and their facilities. They have a washing machine and smart dryer in the room thus it is very useful for us as we can do our laundry everyday but limited clothing to wash as the dryer can only dry a 2-3 pieces of clothes one at a time. They do have dryer machine at basement which is payable. You can also heat up your food using their microwave oven at basement. Good housekeeping and the room is always clean and tidy when we came back...

"Loved the hospitality, from the check in to the bell service to check out and even to the departure with the limousine shuttle, everything was perfect. Super friendly staff. Loved the view from the room of the city. But if you are looking for a quiet hotel, this may not be it for you since the hotel is near by the city hall and an ice skating ring, so expect loud music/events such as protest/rally going on. It didn't bother me much though. I wouod stay here again next time I am back in...

"Centrally located. Easy access to metro, buses. Room has hairdryer, refrigerator, radiator. Hotel has laundry machines, but only a couple of large ones. Mostly very small machines. Rooms are small, but hotel has an accessible common area with tableware, microwave. "

"I love this hotel. firstly the checking is fast. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is good and more into the healthy lifestyle. The view from the window is so beautiful!
