"Not a good representation of the Ritz Carlton brand. Suite room no. 1000's bedroom is accompanied by the incessant noise of exhaust/AC unit outdoor. Towels in the bathroom are old and thin. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is half fallen. Bathrobe is missing a belt loop and old. Both requests for a room on a higher floor and support pillows were not met. "The lobby is always chaotic with many cars and people come and go. Always have to wait very long time for the lift. On the positive side, the apartment is spacious, the agent is friendly and very responsive, very happy with their services."

"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities. Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "

"It was a very good property.. Didnt realize it was service apartment. It would have been great if they had included some basics like Toiletries as in Hotel like Body lotion, Paste, Conditioner etc.. Kitchen to include basic spices like Salt and Pepper. Overall it was good experience for family with great view s of the skyline. "
